I wouldn't recommend it. First, users who already have difficulties have usually already set up their own browser and assistive technology to view pages the way they need, and they don't need a different solution on every site that they have to readjust to each time. Users might reach for one of these plugins because they think it'll help them avoid problems that already exist on the site, but it's not something I'd use myself.
